Boston Properties Announces First Quarter 2017 Results

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 25, 2017-- Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE: BXP), a real estate investment trust, reported results today for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017. Net income attributable to common shareholders was $97.1 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2017, compared to $181.7 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. Net income attributable to common shareholders per share (EPS) for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 was $0.63 basic and $0.63 on a diluted basis. This compares to EPS for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 of $1.18 basic and $1.18 on a diluted basis.
